I’m a first time skateboarder and I’m 32 years old. I wanted to get something that would protect me since I don’t want to break any bones 😅

I picked up these pads based on recommendations from a subreddit for older skateboarders and I’m SO HAPPY I listened.

My hands feel very protected. The guards are made from highly quality materials and I feel very safe using them, which also helps me feel more confidence as a rider.

Also, the design is absolutely amazing. I picked up the comic design knee/elbow pads to go with these and they look amazing together.

I absolutely love the design, especially the raised bump that helps protect the wrist when you fall. This extra bit of protection is a game-changer. Unlike my previous wrist guards, which felt molded and restrictive, these wrist guards are a dream. The overall quality is simply outstanding – the materials used feel incredibly durable and well-made. I have no doubt these wrist guards will hold up during my skating sessions.

Honestly, they're pretty normal wrist guards. I wish they were just slightly larger, but they work very well.

I have tried another cheaper and popular brand wrist guards and that was a waste of money.
187 Killer Pads are the best. I wont purchase another brand of protection pads again!
