Upon initially receiving the pads, one connection point on the knee pad was not securely connected. I submitted a ticket with customer service, was attended to that very same day, and was sent a free replacement of the whole six pack. The quality of the product is fantastic, and the customer service has made me a customer for life. I will absolutely both be getting 187 pads in the future, and recommending that anybody who needs pads do the same!

These fit well and absorb tons of impact - I ride an eScooter and wear these when offroading - no serious falls yet but glad to be protected.

My sister has been skating for a long time but she’s never been able to find high quality knee-pads that actually fit since she’s always had larger leg size that did not necessarily match her elbow and wrist guard size. Finally, I was able to find a pair of knee guards that aren’t too bulky and provide her great mobility and she loves them so much!
